We are looking for a
**_Bilingual_**:

- _
**_Client Service Coordinator / Controller_**

Reporting to the Client Service Leader you will be responsible for timely clerical and administrative support for the Individual Life Client Service Department.

**What you will do**
- Opening, sorting and matching of post office, servicing offices and courier mail to client Service files
- Monitor and manage Client Service shared mailboxes
- Managing scanned client service mail queue and open work order (BRM)
- Re-route mail received in error
- Sorting of system output and matching to files
- Liaise with other departments to gain and provide information
- Sorting, matching and mailing of outgoing client Service cheques

**What you will bring**
- Knowledge of FM/IMS, OnBase, Ingenium, Corporate Client, BRM,
- Outlook would be an asset
- Proven organization and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple changing
- priorities and fluctuating work volumes to achieve daily deadlines
- Self-motivated and ability to learn quickly
- Effective communication skills to work with a team of 20 people
- Excellent team player with the ability to work independently
- Analytical ability — uses acquired knowledge of systems and business to solve routine problems
- Focus on quality and attention to detail
- Bilingualism
