**ABOUT THE JOB**
As the new E-Client Services Analyst, you will join a global team of around 10 people based in London, Paris, Hong Kong, and Montreal.
About the team you will be joining:
By joining our “eClient services team”, you will have an opportunity to collaborate with a dynamic group of industry professionals who work with FO Sales, FO Trading teams, Compliance, KYC, BMO, Risk, Technology, Middle/Back Office to facilitate Societe Generale’s electronic client footprint. Our team leverages their expertise, experience, technology, and relationships across the firm to manage the onboarding of our clients for electronic execution and through different platforms. The team acts as first point of contact for clients using our electronic execution capabilities and is responsible for troubleshooting and coordinating the quick resolution of issues that might arise during the relationship with the client.
**What will be your day-to-day?**
In this context, and in close relationship with the Front Office, you will oversee the following missions:
- You will coordinate the onboarding of clients on eTrading platforms (Fxall, Bloomberg, Tradeweb, 360T, MarketAxess, EBSDirect, etc.) - mapping, reconciliation etc. Main products covered: Fixed Income - IRS, Cash Bonds, Credit & FX - Spot, Forward, Swap, NDF, Options, Algos.
- You will act as control for new client onboardings - ensure all approvals are in place (Trading, Regulatory, KYC, Limits) and clients are eligible to access our e-pricing offer.
- You will be responsible in the maintenance of existing client base and updating trading setups, when necessary, subsequently acting as primary point of contact for any e-trading queries for internal users and for external SG clients. Overall ensuring follow the sun model - global hotline and global mailboxes.
- You will work closely with Front Office in improving security, efficiency and clients’ satisfaction in our internal processes along with liaising with vendors on issues/queries related to their platforms.
- You will implement new processes, participate in the launch of new systems and provide demos to other departments. In addition, with any new initiatives related to the development of the electronic offer.

**Profile required**:
**What does it take to get the job?**
- 2 - 5 years in the financial industry
- Bachelor’s Degree or experience in financial industry

**Bonus skills**:
- Client facing experience and public relations skills
- Data manipulation and metrics gathering skills
- Wide breadth of financial knowledge: Equities, Fixed Income, OTC, Futures, Options, etc.
- Well-versed in recent regulatory changes, e.g. Dodd Frank, FATCA, FinCEN
- Knowledge of legal documentation related to account opening
- Familiarity with KYC
- Familiarity with compliance regulations
