**General Description**:
The primary function of this position is to support the branch by way of: assistance to walk-in customers, furniture or office supply related requests, report generation & distribution, online set-ups, contract maintenance and other miscellaneous duties as required. The primary goal of this position is to drive profitability by ensuring superior customer service and efficient support is consistently provided to both internal and external clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for special accounts as requested by Sales Manager.
- Sustain/update Furniture Showroom display products.
- Showroom maintenance (open, close, neat, clean, orderly appearance).
- Manage all orders pertaining to COD and call customers for office supply and furniture pickups.
- Report generation (scheduled and on demand)
- Build and maintain web profiles (cost centers, product lists, favorite lists, etc.)
- Resource library/premium inventory management
- Assist location with office supply order entry
- Miscellaneous duties/projects as assigned

- Efficient and accurate keyboarding/data-entry skills
- Adhere to all policies/procedures as outlined in the Quality System Manual, Quality Records procedures and Employee Handbook.
- Ability to fulfill all physical aspects of job-related tasks (product storage, etc.)
- Ability to efficiently work both independently, and as part of a cohesive team, in a high volume and demanding environment.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Grade: 12
- Bondable
- Speak English
- MS Word & Excel experience
- All applicants must be legally able to work in Canada without sponsorship
