We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Client Care Specialist to join our dynamic team. *Duties*
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and courtesy.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services to customers.
- Coordinate the shipping of products to clients
- Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely manner.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions through data entry.
- Analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in service delivery.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and enhance overall customer experience.
- Communicate clearly in English.

*Experience*
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills are essential for success in this role.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are an asset.
- Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with CRM software is desirable.
- A positive attitude, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to perform well under pressure are essential attributes for this role. You will be expected to represent our organization with professionalism while promoting a premium client experience.
