About Us:
Glow Artistry Med Spa is a modern, client-focused medical aesthetics practice dedicated to helping our patients look and feel their best. We offer high-quality facial & laser treatments, advanced skincare services, and a warm, welcoming environment. We’re currently looking for a skilled and personable Medical Aesthetician to join our team

Position Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Perform a variety of facial treatments and skincare services tailored to client needs
- Educate clients on post-treatment care and home skincare routines
- Recommend appropriate skincare products and treatment plans
- Maintain treatment room cleanliness and ensure compliance with sanitation standards
- Greet clients, answer phone calls, and schedule appointments when covering the front desk
- Process payments and assist with retail sales
- Collaborate with the team to support a smooth, client-centered workflow

Qualifications:

- Current certification as an Aesthetician (Medical Aesthetician experience preferred)
- Minimum 2 year of hands-on experience performing facial services
- Strong sales background is required, with proven ability to recommend and sell skincare products and services
- Knowledge of professional skincare lines and treatment protocols
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfort with multi-tasking and stepping into front desk duties when needed
- Friendly, reliable, and team-oriented
- An established clientele is a strong asset

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $17.85-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 18 - 30 per week
