**Job Title: Part-Time Med Spa Receptionist & Marketing Coordinator**

We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated Part-Time Receptionist & Marketing Coordinator to join our team.

As a Med Spa Receptionist & Marketing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming environment for our clients while also assisting with our marketing efforts. This hybrid position is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a quiet and professional environment and has a flair for marketing.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist clients in a friendly and professional manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Check clients out with accuracy using Jane App
- Assist with social media management, including content creation and engagement (Professional Business Management not personal social media)
- Help develop marketing materials and promotional campaigns.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Manage inventory and assist with ordering
- Be proactive during quiet times
- Perform administrative tasks as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in marketing or business is a plus.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role in a Medical Spa
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Jane, Mail Chimp, Canva and social media platforms.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively independently
- Passion for the beauty and wellness industry.
- Knowlege of ZO Kin Health, Skinceuticals or Vivier is an asset

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $22.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 32 per week

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 2 years (required)
- Marketing: 1 year (required)
- MED SPA front desk: 1 year (required)
