Payroll/Benefits Administrator - Stony Plain, AB

I Have A Chance Support Services Ltd. strives to support and encourage people on a route to independence. Our enthusiastic and creative team is looking for a Payroll/Benefits Administrator who is passionate about helping others.

**Your responsibilities would include**:

- Process bi-weekly payroll (hourly and salaried)
- Process terminations and Records of Employment
- Verify time from MANDT system and import hours to payroll
- Calculate and verify each payroll,
- Assist in year-end related activities
- Accurately record and review all financial data
- Monitor holiday and attendance records for business units
- Other payroll related projects as needed

**Education, Experience and Skills**:

- 2-5 years of experience processing full cycle payroll
- Designated Payroll Degree or Diploma is an asset
- Capable of handling confidential, sensitive and personal information
- Strong planning and organization skills to determine priorities with strict deadlines
- Well organized with superior attention to detail
- Proficient with Microsoft Office; particularly Excel
- Ability to work individually and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
