**About the Role**

As _Speak and Act_ develops its MVP, we are seeking a Marketing & Communications Specialist who can not only build the brand and engage users but also communicate our vision persuasively to stakeholders, partners, and investors. You will craft compelling narratives that bridge the technical and business sides of our product, positioning _Speak and Act_ as a valuable, innovative solution.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and deliver **pitch materials** (presentations, one-pagers, investment decks) tailored for investors and strategic partners.
- Act as the **voice of the company** in external meetings, pitching the MVP vision, roadmap, and market potential.
- Translate technical progress into clear, impactful messaging that resonates with both non-technical stakeholders and early adopters.
- Collaborate with leadership to prepare for **investor meetings, conferences, and stakeholder updates**.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential partners, early customers, and investor networks.
- Lead marketing strategy for MVP launch, ensuring alignment between product roadmap and external communication.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, business development, or investor relations (startup or tech environment preferred).
- Strong presentation and pitching skills—able to **confidently present to executives, investors, and external stakeholders**.
- Excellent writing and storytelling ability, with experience creating pitch decks and investment materials.
- Familiarity with AI/tech products and ability to simplify complex concepts for different audiences.
- Strong interpersonal skills to network and build trust with stakeholders.

**Nice-to-Haves**
- Prior experience raising funds or supporting investor pitches in startups.
- Background in AI, SaaS, or technology-driven businesses.
- Knowledge of financial modeling basics (to support pitch decks with numbers).

Pay: $40.00-$70.00 per hour
