**Job Purpose**

Green Rebel’s Catering Coordinator is responsible for managing, organizing and executing all catering orders from start to finish while creating an unforgettable client experience with a focus on professionalism and exceptional customer service. They work in tandem with the Production Kitchen Manager to ensure the production kitchen and catering department are properly supported with staffing, equipment and inventory. They bridge the gap between our catering clients, Store Managers, and production team.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Upholds the highest level of guest service for Green Rebel’s catering clients.
- Consult with clients to understand and determine their requirements, preferences and special requests in order to prepare a tailored quote or order.
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal abilities with clients, Store Managers, and the production kitchen team. Resolve any issues or complaints that may arise, and problem solve with an attitude of making it right.
- Manages, plans, organizes, and executes all caterings orders from start to finish, ensuring that quality, safety and health standards are upheld.
- Responsible for overseeing special events and occasionally required to work on-site.
- Coordinates with the Production Kitchen Manager to ensure all client’s needs are met and with HR for scheduling and staffing support.
- Assists the kitchen team as necessary to produce catering food and checks for quality and consistency in all orders.
- Actively identifies new potential clients and markets to them.
- Supports Store Managers with catering delivery organization ensures they are up to company standards with catering setups, deliveries, and pick-ups.
- Maintains catering equipment inventory lists and ensures stores have equipment needed to fulfill large or small catering orders.
- Maintains catering software and systems to ensure products and menu items, prices, and product changes are always up to date.

- Fluent in English speaking and writing.
- Proficient in Microsoft office.
- Understands food safety practices.

- Outstanding work ethic.
- Commitment to fresh ingredients, clean energy, and environmental responsibilities.
- Reliable with a proven record of punctuality.
- Effective multitasking and time management skills.
- Conscientious and responsible.

**Working Conditions**
- This position will work out of Green Rebel’s production kitchen from 7:30am to 4:00pm Monday to Friday with the ability to start earlier or stay later as well as occasional Saturdays depending on the catering needs of the day.
- Required to work from stores or at off-site events from time to time.

**Physical Requirements**
- Must be able to lift 50-pounds (22.7 Kg).
- Must be able to stand and sit for long periods of time.
- Comfortable in a fast paced and possibly loud environment.
