**Key Responsibilities**

  • Hands on in the kitchen preparing meals for catering clients
  • Manage the ordering process for the catering services, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of supplies.
  • Coordinate deliveries and set-ups for catering events, ensuring all necessary equipment and supplies are in place.
  • Interact with clients to understand their needs and preferences and provide exceptional customer service throughout the catering process.
  • Assist in menu planning and development, taking into consideration dietary restrictions and special dietary needs.
  • Manage inventory and control costs, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimizing waste.
  • Utilize your creativity to enhance our catering offerings and stay up to date with current food trends.
  • Proficiently use Excel, Word, and Outlook to maintain records, track orders, and communicate with clients and suppliers.
  • Work as a team player, collaborating with other staff members to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to food safety and sanitation regulations.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.

**Requirements**

  • Valid driver's license and availability to work nights and weekends, with early morning starts (5am/6am).
  • Previous experience in inventory management, ordering, and cost control.
  • Cooking experience and previous catering experience are highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with a diverse range of clients.
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy objects and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Passion for food and commitment to delivering high-quality catering services.
  • Valid Food Handlers Certification and Smart Serve Certificate

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
