Reporting to the Finance Manager, the Administration/Finance Assistant will thrive in a fast-paced work environment, be able to manage multiple tasks, prioritize appropriately, and learn independently. Reliability, a strong work ethic, proficiency in Microsoft Office, attention to detail, basic knowledge of accounting principles and professional customer service is required.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Act as a point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and other external partners
- Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
- Support front desk reception and duties as required
- Support data entry and client database management as required
- Proof reading and formatting high profile customer documents
- Support Finance Manager with Customer Billing
- Support Finance Manager with reconciliations and payments are required
- Develop/provide financial analysis tools to elevate organization ventures or special projects
- Take on projects & initiatives as requested
- All other duties as requested

**Experience & Competencies Required**:

- Administration Assistant diploma, certificate or equivalent
- Work experience as an Administrative Assistant or equivalent
- Excellent Microsoft Office knowledge (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Preference given to individual with 55 wmp typing speed or higher
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills - English language
- Discretion and confidentiality
- Recognized ability to prioritize and complete tasks in order to deliver desired outcomes within allotted time frames
- Problem solver, self-motivated, and results oriented with a positive outlook
- Experience with office equipment such as computers, photocopiers, telephone systems
- Quickbooks Software experience preferred

**Salary**: $16.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
