**Key Responsibilities**
- ** Contribute** - Build awareness, know-how, and capability of hiring managers by teaching them the A Player hiring method; Take on special projects that enhance process, systems, and capability; Support ongoing performance and growth of team members.

**Qualifications**
- University Degree / College Diploma in Human Resources or equivalent
- Three (3) to five (5) years of full cycle recruitment experience
- CHRL and RPR designation(s) are considered an asset
- Demonstrated success in developing a talent network for future opportunities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrates professionalism with exceptional interpersonal skills
- Focus on accuracy and high quality work with a sense of urgency
- Demonstrated knowledge of legislation governing recruitment activities
- Strong time management skills with ability to multitask
- Ability to work in a dynamic and demanding work environment while remaining positive and focused
- Proven ability to provide quality service to internal and external customers
- Problem solving and analytical skills
- Results driven
- Penchant for technology; internet savvy, proficiency with Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems

This is a Hybrid working environment with the expectation to be in the office up to 3 days a week, depending on operational needs.
