Why CompuCom? (Overview):
**Remote-Systems Administrator III**:
CompuCom is seeking an IDM (Identity Management Engineer) responsible for supporting multiple clients and multiple ongoing projects. As the Systems Administrator III, you will function as an engineer in a managed services environment supporting a variety of customers ranging from medium size business to large enterprise. The systems administrator’s primary responsibilities include monitoring, administering, and supporting the core services of a mixed Windows Server (2008/2012/2016) environment.

Schedule is Mon-Fri, 8-5, with on-call rotation 2 weeks on, 2 off in a month
**What We Need & What You'll Do (Responsibilities)**
- Managing Access Control, Identity and Domain services including Active Directory, AD Trusts
- Implementing and configuring of Domains/Forests/Domain Controllers and must have in-depth knowledge of Group policy
- Responsible for client security audit questionnaires to detail organization’s compliance with contractual requirements and due care of industry best practices and regulations
- Implementing and configuring of MS CA (Certificate Authority)
- Troubleshooting, maintenance of Active Directory and Domain Services
- Providing architectural design, planning, documentation and project management for Identity and Access Domain services
- Implementing of Active Directory best practices for the continuous improvement
- Active Directory monitoring and reporting including LDAP queries
**Who You Are (Qualifications)**:

- Solid knowledge of File Server and Windows permissions (ACL’s)
- Minimum 3-4 years of (DNS, DHCP) and various other Microsoft protocols
- Administration and managementof ADFS
- Experience working with MS Azure services (Azure AD, AD Connect, PIM, Enterprise Applications, App registrations)
- Hands-on working experience of PowerShell and VBScript
- Solid knowledge of ITIL processes including Incident, Problem and Change ManagementCompuCom is committed to providing equal employment opportunities in all employment practices.
