We are searching for a **Practice Manager **to join our Patient Care team.
- Optical Practice experience within an Optometry Office **or;**:

- Management Experience within a public facing role (other healthcare, retail, etc.)

McGugan Eye Care is a full service optometric clinic, located in the heart of the community of Strathroy - 15 minutes NW of London, Ontario. The area boasts a population of approximately 21,000 and has a warm, friendly atmosphere. We currently have 1 Optometrist and 4 staff members, although we are looking to grow with a 2nd Optometrist.

The Practice Manager will have operational and financial responsibility for the non-clinical part of the business and will work in collaboration with the Lead Optometrist to ensure top-notch eye care is provided to all patients.

The role will have a fair amount of autonomy, with the Practice Manager able to choose their own staff and methodology in achieving our corporate goals.

The Practice Manager is primarily responsible for day-to-day operation of the practice: patient reception, diagnostic pretesting, eyeglass and contact lens dispensing and the HR and administrative duties that come with it. Together with the Optometrist, you will ensure a smooth and enjoyable patient experience.

- Leadership, engagement and HR for all practice staff (except doctors)
- Patient Care and Clinical Excellence
- Development of a strong, positive, can-do staff culture
- Financial success and profitability
