Operations and E-commerce Manager

We are currently searching for anOperations Manager to join us on our mission.

Your focus will be to do the following

1. To ensure that all customers get their orders efficiently and on time

2. That we continually improve our customer experience through operational improvements

3. To continually look for ways to improve our operational efficiency to increase bottom-line revenue while improving our level of service and inventory management

POSITION OVERVIEW

Leading our operations team, the role will have the following responsibilities:
Duties and responsibilities
- Oversee the management of our inventory to ensure we don't overstock or run out of stock
- Oversee all e-commerce activities, including management of our website back end front end to ensure an excellent customer experience
- Manage all supplier relationships, including sourcing new ones as required
- Oversee the creation and analysis of operations reports and feedback ideas and recommendations to the CEO
- Assisting the marketing team with projects that involve e-commerce and other operational components, e.g. product launches
- Overseeing operational team management and growth as Blonyx scales (we currently have one operations coordinator)
- Monitor and optimize operations budgets - eventually at the P&L level

Blonyx is a small company in a growth phase. This is a prime opportunity for a very ambitious and driven individual, ready to test their metal and grow a brand along with their reputation. Qualifications, skills and experience
- 5+ years experience in operations management with a track record of leading operational change or managing the P&L for operations
- Experience in consumer goods/e-commerce
- Experience in the sport or sports nutrition industry is ideal, but not essential
- Excellent understanding of and experience in data and/or analysis
- Can demonstrate a high level of success in managing a team and project execution
- A passion for sports, ideally as a participant
- A desire to win and work hard to build success for yourself and the company you work for

**Salary**: $70-85,000 depending on experience and track record

Benefits: Medical and dental coverage, flexibility in work hours, in-office 1-2x a week, working while travelling permitted on a case-by-case basis.
