**Pay**:$44.76 - $49.28 Depending On Experience

**Position Summary**: The Site Supervisor / Foreman will be responsible for the day-to-day management and execution of field operations across multiple projects. Their scope will vary depending on project size:

- ** Smaller Projects**: They will operate independently, taking full ownership of site coordination, safety, scheduling, and quality control.
- ** Larger Projects**: They will work under the direction of the assigned Project Manager, supporting execution while maintaining oversight of field crews and subcontractors.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and supervise site activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with trades, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain workflow and resolve issues.
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Maintain accurate site documentation, including daily logs, progress reports, and inspections.
- Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and team members to ensure alignment and transparency

**Required Qualifications**
- 4+ years of experience working in the commercial electrical industry
- Journeyman Electrical license
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within commercial electrical projects
- Strong understanding of site safety, scheduling, and quality assurance.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Certification in health and safety (e.g., WHMIS, First Aid) is an asset.
- Must have a valid driver's license and insurable driving record
- Pass a pre-employment drug test
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team of electricians and other workers, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
- Familiarity with and adherence to the OESC.
- Knowledge of electrical safety standards
- OSHA 30 certified
- CPR certified
- Equipment cards
