**Sales Associate/ Administrative Assistant**

**Pay**: CA$20.00/hour + commission (EVACU B & evacuation products only, after 3-month performance review)

About Us

Doro Inc. is a small, innovative company providing evacuation chairs/sleds worldwide and retail security solutions in Canada. We’re looking to hire a motivated **Sales / Admin Assistant** as soon as possible — someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment where no two days are ever the same.

What You’ll Do

**Sales (Evacuation Chairs/Sleds - Canada, USA & International)**
- Follow up on quotes and maintain records in HubSpot CRM.
- Assist with Live Virtual Training sessions (Webex, Zoom, Teams).
- Prepare Customs paperwork and coordinate shipments with carriers and brokers.
- Arrange freight quotes for the best pricing and timelines.

**Administrative (Retail Security - Canada)**
- Answer phones and provide clerical support to leadership.
- Process retail security orders and create purchase orders with suppliers.
- Generate shipping labels (FedEx Ground, Canada Post) and track shipments.
- Prepare quotes, invoices, and paperwork in QuickBooks Online.
- Manage inventory, office supplies, digital files, and event coordination.

**Shared Responsibilities**
- Arrange shipping for orders, incoming stock, and samples (Canada, U.S., international).
- Maintain accurate records in QuickBooks and Excel.
- Ensure attention to detail across all sales and admin tasks.

What We’re Looking For
- 1-3 years of sales or administrative experience.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office; QuickBooks and Canva are assets.
- HubSpot CRM experience preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and excellent communication.
- Outgoing, energetic, and professional phone manner.
- Ability to multitask, work independently, and support a small team.
- Clear, fluent English (French an asset).
- Able to lift 5-20 lbs and manage stairs between inventory and office.
