Our company is looking to hire a full-time, on-site bookkeeper, that will be available Mon to Fri.
We are looking for someone that is trained in Quickbooks Online.
Below is a list of some of the duties, but not limited to.
**Standard Bookkeeping tasks**:
- Keep financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems
- Maintain general ledgers and financial statements
- Post journal entries
- Prepare other statistical, financial and accounting reports
- Full cycle bookkeeping duties (managing books, bank reconciliation, financial statements)
**Company Specific Tasks**:
- Process payroll through Quickbooks/cheques (includes remittance, T4s, ROEs)
- Track expenses
- Manage and maintain various company accounts
- Keep track and process invoices (A/R and A/P)
- Manage and maintain various investment property finances
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: From $25.00 per hour
**Benefits**:
