Are you passionate about providing nutritious and delicious meals to students? Do you have strong leadership skills and experience in food service management? Join our team as a **Regional Manager** overseeing school district cafeteria food services
**Position Overview**
As the Regional Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of cafeteria food services across multiple schools within a district. You will ensure high-quality food service, compliance with health and safety standards, and efficient management of resources while fostering a positive work environment for staff.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage day-to-day operations of cafeteria services across the district.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise cafeteria managers and staff at each school location.
- Monitor compliance with BC food service regulations.
- Oversee inventories, and ensure cost-effective operations.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control and address any operational issues.
- Plan and implement training programs for cafeteria staff.
- Step into a hands-on role when necessary, including filling in for staff during shortages.
**Qualifications**:
- Experience in Food Service Management, Hospitality, Nutrition, and Leadership (preferred).
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple locations and teams effectively.
- Must have a valid Drivers License and personal vehicle.
- Must hold a valid Food Safe Certificate.
- Ability to pass a criminal record check.
