**The Town of Wasaga Beach** is seeking a casual/on-call Clinic Receptionist for the Wasaga Beach Medical Clinic.

**General Responsibilities**: The Clinic Receptionist is responsible for greeting and registering patients, obtaining and processing information, answering, screening and forwarding telephone calls, recording and relaying information, receiving and issuing payments, and performing clerical duties. The position may also provide some support to physicians if needed.

**Qualifications**:

- College/Medical Office Administration diploma an asset;
- Excellent ability to communicate and work effectively with staff and patients;
- Problem solving, decision making, critical thinking skills;
- Job task planning and organizing;
- Proficiency with computers and software (i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel);
- Knowledge and experience using Practice Solutions (PS Suites) software an asset/preferred
- Ability to work variable hours, and a variety of shifts during the day and evenings;
- Acceptable criminal reference check upon hire;
- 3 years job experience in a related field.

**Hourly Rate**:$25.00
