Executive Assistant to Sales Manager

**Job Summary**:
**Duties (included but not limited to)**:
- Assist the Sales Manager in managing customer accounts and maintaining relationships
- Provide administrative support such as proofreading documents, managing calendars, and scheduling appointments
- Utilize a specific platform to process sales quotes and invoices
- Answer phone calls and inquiries with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate staff members
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, organizing documents, and maintaining records
**Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to learn quickly would be preferred
- Proficiency in Zoho Books is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of phone systems and proper phone etiquette
- Familiarity with front desk operations and providing exceptional customer service
- Basic clerical skills such as filing, organizing files, and data entry
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proficiency in using Google Suite for creating reports and presentations
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $48,000.00-$52,000.00 per year
