We are looking for an **enthusiastic Account Executive**with a strong consultative sales approach**.**

**Reporting to the Vice-President of Sales and Marketing**, **you will be responsible for developing new accounts in the US and Canada** by identifying business opportunities with target prospects and clients while proactively building relationships and offering tailored services that meet the specific needs of the clients.

**Your responsibilities**:

- **Account Development**: Identify and develop new accounts in the US and Canada by seeking and creating business opportunities with target prospects and clients.
- **Relationship Building and Nurturing**: Establish and maintain relationships with prospects, clients, and tech partners, fostering trust and long-term partnerships.
- **Consultative Sales Approach**: Understand and identify the goals, needs, and challenges of clients and prospects, and articulate the value of our digital solutions to them, engaging with key stakeholders, including C-level executives.
- **Collaboration with Internal Teams**: Work closely with internal teams to develop tailored proposals, responses to RFPs, and presentations.
- **Collaboration with Marketing**: Partner with the marketing team on campaigns and lead-generation initiatives.
- **Pipeline and CRM Management**: Track all sales activities, maintain accurate records in the CRM, and meet or exceed sales targets.

**Requirements**:

- **Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience** in account development and sales prospecting, ideally within the digital, SaaS, or technology solutions sectors.
- **Ability to understand client needs** and propose the right service offerings. Capability to discuss e-commerce solutions and adapt the value proposition for relevant stakeholders. Able to clearly articulate proposed solutions and convince C-suite executives and other key decision-makers.
- **Ability to manage a full sales cycle** from lead generation to deal closure.
- **Strong relationship-building skills**: Ability to establish and maintain long-term, trusting relationships with prospects, clients, and tech partners.
- **Bilingualism: Master of written and spoken French and English, as you will be required to communicate in these 2 languages on a daily basis as part of your duties.**:

- **Excellent written and verbal communication skills**, with experience in crafting persuasive proposals.
- **Commitment to team success**, shared accountability, and collective goals.
- **Familiarity with CRM systems**: Experience with systems like HubSpot or Salesforce for managing sales pipelines.
