**Position Summary**

As an Inbound Sales Development Representative, you will respond to prospective clients who have expressed interest in Vena’s product offerings. You will converse with inbound leads from variety of industries and organization types to understand their business environment, identify their needs, and determine where Vena’s offering might fit. You will serve as a strategic partner to Vena’s Account Executive’s (XSM’s) to continually build a pipeline of sales opportunities and helping move prospects through the sales process to close.

**What you will do**
- Qualify new inbound leads for our sales team to work through Vena’s sale cycle
- Respond to all inquiries within Vena’s website chat bot
- Provide a world class experience for all inbound leads that is up to Vena’s standards
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Vena’s solutions
- Track activity, and KPI’s in our CRM and Sales Engagement Platform
- Attend weekly in-office team meetings to discuss strategies, progress, and upcoming campaigns.
