**Position Overview**

The Social Media Community Coordinator will manage social media accounts across all Cabot properties. Content creation will involve working with photographers and our onsite teams to produce photo and video assets, upholding the Cabot brand through implementing set brand standards and tone of voice, engaging with Cabot’s audiences through captions, comments, and direct messages.

**Core Accountabilities**:

- Plan and execute monthly content calendars for all Cabot properties
- Develop and implement creative organic social campaigns and ideas
- Engage with followers on social media through comments, likes, and DM’s
- Analyze and report on social media tactics
- Source photography and video through working with various photographers/videographers
- Work with Cabot’s onsite teams to establish communication priorities
- Collaborate with Cabot Marketing Team to ensure social tactics align with broader marketing and sales campaigns and goals
- Collaborate with industry partners and influencers to elevate and grow Cabot’s social following through posts, sweepstakes, mentions, and more.

**Skills**:

- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficiency across all social channels including Meta Suite, Twitter, and Instagram
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat)
- Disciplined approach to planning
- Creative
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Resourceful, detail-oriented and solutions-driven
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a larger team
- Familiarity and interest In the golf industry

**Education and Work Experience**
- 2+ years work experience in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or Public Relations
- Previous experience working in social content development is an asset
- Experience working for luxury and / or hospitality brands an asset
- Experience working in fast-paced environments under pressure
