- Mentor to the CSM Service Community, for all PET processing related needs
- Trainer to the regional service technicians and technical support groups
- Work as a trusted advisor / consultant for PET processing
- Work alongside the Training Academies to assess and support the needs of all global regional service teams
- Participate in the development of PET Processing course content
- Development of technician capability improvement plans
- Execute one-on-one mentoring sessions with field technicians as required
- Leadership role in the Husky PET Specialists Community
- Drives innovation in the product and responsible for the business case

**Requirements**:

- Expertise in PET plastic processing
- Knowledge of Husky molds and hot runners
- Knowledge of mono-layer and multi-layer tooling
- Familiar with the influence of auxiliary systems
- Must have the ability to travel and work outside of Canada
- Customer orientated, dedicated team player, initiative taker
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent in English
