**Position Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist drivers in loading and unloading equipment, materials, and supplies for events, ensuring proper handling and care.
- Help in transporting event equipment to and from venues, adhering to schedules and delivery timelines.
- Support drivers in navigating routes and finding optimal paths to event locations.
- Assist with setting up event equipment and materials at venues, following instructions provided by the driver or project manager.
- Ensure that all event items are safely secured during transportation and properly arranged at event sites.
- Provide excellent customer service by interacting with clients and event staff in a friendly and professional manner.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of vehicles, equipment, and storage areas.
- Adhere to all safety procedures and protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
- Communicate effectively with the driver, event coordinators, and other team members to coordinate activities and address any issues or concerns.
- Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the manager.

**Requirements & Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the event industry or transportation sector, is an asset
- Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed, depending on event schedules.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn.

**Working Conditions**:

- Warehouse environment with occasional exposure to outdoor elements.
- Physical work involving frequent lifting, bending, and standing.
- Standard 8-hour shifts with the potential for overtime during busy periods.
