**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities；**
- Load and unload materials, tools and equipment
- Set up and break down hoses, ladders, and other tools needed for the job
- Support the lead sprayer during the insulation process
- Ensure a clean and oraganized worksite before, during and after the job
- Follow all safety procedures and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Communicate effectively with crew members and supervisors
- Handle and dispose of materials safely and in compliance with company policies

**Qulifications**:

- At least 1 year batt insulation related experience or spray foam helper experience
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined or elevated spaces
- Basic understanding of hand tools and power tools
- Have a valid driver's license
- Willingness to travel to various job sites
- Strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude
- Ability to follow instruction and take direction well

**Compensation**:

- Competitive hourly wage based on experience
- On-the-job training provided
- Opportunities for advancement to Spray Foam Technician

**Job Types**: Full-time, Apprenticeship

Pay: $26.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 48 per week
