**Restoration Helper**

We are looking for Construction Restoration Helper to fill full-time positions in building maintenance.
- Assist tradesmen to set up swing stage and scaffold
- Load and unload construction materials, and move materials to work areas
- Complete exterior sealant repairs, and exterior painting
- Restore exterior concrete, stucco and tile cladding systems
- Operate power tools
- Remove debris at construction sites

**Requirements and qualifications**:

- Work experience is desirable, but on job training be provided
- Enthusiasm and decent work attitude
- Own tools or equipment
- Valid BC driver’s license required
- Completion of secondary school is required
- Criminal record check will be done
- **Compensation**: $20-28 per hour

**Benefits**:

Pay: $20.00-$28.00 per hour

**Experience**:
