**About the Role**
We are looking for an ambitious, detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator dedicated to supporting our CEO. Reporting directly to the CEO, the Administrative Coordinator role will be involved in balancing the priorities, building the schedules, and ensuring efficient communication of the CEO at Getwrapped. This role has the potential for a big impact that will be felt company-wide; we’re not just looking for someone eager to join our team, we’re looking for someone with the passion and energy to make it better.
**Responsibilities**
As an Administrative Coordinator at Getwrapped, you will be responsible for
- Coordinating meetings, communication, and calendar for the CEO
- Attend meetings, take minutes, and own action items
- Coordinating projects and driving success
- Planning and coordinating special projects
- Travel and event planning and coordination
- Running reports to provide data driven insights as required
- Assist with administrative needs of the management team as needed
**Desired Skills and Experience**
We are looking for the following skills and experiences for our next Administrative Coordinator
- Minimum 1 year of experience in administration, project coordination or office operations
- A valid Ontario’s driver’s license
- Expert level Microsoft Office skills
- Experience running reports and interpreting numbers
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and meet multiple competing deadlines and responsibilities
- Proactive and able to work with mínimal hands on supervision
- Strong project coordination and organization skills
- Sign industry, event management or digital graphics experience a plus

**Salary**: From $46,000.00 per year

**Experience**:
