This position is compensated through a blend of base salary plus commission. The role is heavily performance-driven with commissions comprising a significant percentage of total earnings.

Academy of Learning Career College is responsible for providing a welcoming environment in which adult learners may engage in independent learning activities. It’s like taking an online course, but you come to campus to do it and have access to a learning coach and a campus community.

**Responsibilities**
- Contacting leads (prospective learners) and booking interviews with them
- Meeting with prospective learners and conducting admissions interviews
- Performing a needs analysis
- Explaining program details, including course information, tuition, attendance requirements, job opportunities, prerequisites, and more
- Explaining funding options to prospective learners
- Liaising with funding agencies and other community stakeholders
- Working with other campus staff to provide an excellent learning experience to our clients.
- Working and communicating with Franchise Support Centre staff
- Using a lead management system to stay on top of all leads
- Enrolling learners
- Encouraging learners to attend at the campus and stay focused on their studies
- Providing emotional support to learners
- Creating and maintaining an excellent learning environment for students

**Qualifications**
- A University Degree or College Diploma from a recognized Canadian institution (international qualifications may be considered equivalent)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Willingness to learn new things
- Passion for education
- Two years' face-to-face sales experience

**The following qualifications will be considered an asset**:

- Experience working with adults in an educational environment
- Experience working in a Private Career College or other education environment, preferably as an admissions professional

**Salary**: $15.50-$20.00 per hour
