This role is responsible for the Edmonton area.

Weed Me Inc. is seeking to hire a Key Account Manager for the Edmonton area to join our Sales Department, reporting to the Director of Sales.

You will be accountable for the performance of your immediate territory and contribute to the overall success of the Sales Department.

**Responsibilities**
- Create brand awareness and community engagement.
- Identify new distribution opportunities and build partnerships.
- Execute marketing initiatives and distribute marketing materials to notify new and existing customers of upcoming releases and product launches.
- Execute and participate in brand activations in your designated area.
- Organize and lead brand education sessions.
- Maintain close visibility and transparency with your team manager, building effective routing plans on a monthly basis.
- Participate in bi-weekly team calls, presenting on KPI progress, regional insights, etc.
- Reach KPI targets on: in-store activations, product placement, product quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with agreed route and frequency requirements.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications / Skills**
- Minimum one year of sales experience in the Cannabis Industry.
- A team player with excellent people skills and a proven ability to build relationships at all levels within the organization.
- Effective interpersonal communication and analytical skills.
- A problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can effectively manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to identify consumer motivators and to understand the customer/supplier relationship.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Good computer skills with a proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Vehicle and valid license is a must.

**Job Type**: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
