**MILA **is a 105 seat plant-based premium casual dining concept located in the heart of Chinatown, Vancouver. The centerpiece of Mila’s full-service program will be our fantastic bar program with a focus on wine and great cocktails.

Mila is based on three core pillars: our conviction in the belief that plant-based dining isn’t a compromising experience, that an approachable and comforting food offering is what Vancouver needs right now, and that the culinary innovation behind Virtuous Pie is ready for a fresh take.

We are currently hiring a floor leaders We are looking to add great people to our team who possess a good mix of skills, carry themselves well, can think on their feet, are enthusiastic, punctual, confident and who have a genuine love for customer service.

We want you to treat the restaurant as if it’s your own.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

- Personal alignment with Mila’s Plant based vision, values and team culture.
- A minimum of 1 year in a shift leading/management role
- Serving it right.
- Flexible schedule with the ability to work all shifts, weekends and holidays
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- POS system knowledge an asset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and inter-functional team environment.
- High standard of professionalism and attention to detail.
- Strong wine, beer and cocktail knowledge an asset.
- Ability and willingness to work in a flexible work environment.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Managing day-to-day operations of partners on the floor
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure quality customer services.
- Creating positive and long-lasting relationships with team, guests and other colleagues.

Compensation

$19/hour base salary + $9-$13/hour in tips + Staff Discounts

**Salary**: $28.00-$33.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
