**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the planning and execution of various marketing events, including workshops, trade shows, product launches, and community outreach initiatives.
- Support the development of event marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and digital content.
- Coordinate logistics for events, including venue selection, catering, transportation, and equipment rentals.
- Manage event registration processes, tracking attendee participation, and follow-up communications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of marketing strategies.
- Conduct market research to identify potential event opportunities and target audiences.
- Help track and analyse event performance metrics, providing insights for future improvements.
- Provide on-site support during events, including setup, registration, and troubleshooting.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in event planning or marketing is a plus.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with graphic design tools is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A passion for events and marketing with a proactive and positive attitude.
