We are looking for a _Marketing Assistant_ to help us with general tasks related to Branding, SEO, Copywriting, Design and more.

**Responsibilities**:

- Management of the agency's projects and keeping track of the timelines
- Assist with and help coordinate meetings, debriefs and presentations
- Creating graphic design illustrations for branding packages
- Copywriting for projects and internal use
- Helping with the general tasks of the Operations Director

**Requirements**:

- 1-3 years of experience in design/marketing/branding
- Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines
- Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Must be team-oriented and able to work with a variety of people in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated, confident, energetic and creative
- Ability to research and clearly document technical information
- An eye for detail and the ability to maintain a very high level of accuracy
- Knowledge of SEO and branding
- Advanced copywriting skills

**This position is not remote. The primary location is Leslie Street and Lawrence Avenue.**

Must be available to work outside of normal schedule hours (e.g., extra hours for special events) as needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $38,000.00-$48,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:
