Pacific Place Insurance Services Inc. is seeking an Office Administrator to join its General Insurance team.
Responsibilities include:
- Corresponding with insured or agent to obtain information and inform them of account status or changes
- Word processing and data entry
- Payment collection
- Perform other duties where required
**Skills**:
- Excellent customer service - Must always demonstrate and maintain a high standard of service and professionalism
- Attention to detail and able to work systematically to keep files and information up to date; ability to absorb information
- Excellent time management, ability to multi-task and prioritize based on deadlines
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
**Salary**: $36,000.00-$42,000.00 per year
