Love Every Leaf is a female owned and operated, full design and build company. We specialize in creating sustainable outdoor living areas, striving to install and support mini ecosystems by providing diverse flowering perennial gardens and friendly usable spaces.
Our Hardscape work includes decks, fences, patios, concrete driveways, retaining walls, living walls, pergolas, pizza ovens, gas / wood burning fireplaces, outdoor kitchens and living spaces. We also design pools and hot tubs to be installed for our clients. Softscapes include perennial gardens, natural step stone paths, deer and bunny tolerant species, lawn alternatives, xeriscapes, trees, annuals, mixed veg and perennial gardens. We provide low maintenance, drought tolerant options, solutions for river properties, opportunities to remove turf to create a more naturalized environment to enjoy. We are an environmentally conscious company focused on providing green solutions to keep our projects diversely pollinator and wildlife friendly. We care about our footprint and go the extra mile to make sure our work is done right in all aspects from the install to site clean up.
Our maintenance program ensures our gardens are regularly cared for so they can reach their full potential. We also help our clients to get acquainted with their gardens so they can feel comfortable watering and taking over their care if they desire.
We offer everything from design and in person consults to full project managed installs on existing spaces and new builds, both residential or commercial. We tailor each job to suit our clients needs, creating personalized modern designs that are practical to install. Our belief is that design and build go hand in hand to provide a cohesive space.
**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Work one on one with owner/operator in all aspects of a busy landscape business
- Liaison for all teams (maintenance, install and design ) as well as management
- Work with our office assistant preforming clerical duties such as filing, typing, and organizing documents
- Organize and schedule staff teams with connecteam
- Provide administrative support by managing calendars, and coordinating meetings
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks using google docs, including invoicing and expense tracking
- Support staff, clients and coordinate with management, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere
- Handle customer service inquiries promptly and professionally to maintain positive relationships
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while managing various administrative tasks
**Requirements**:
- Must have a valid drivers license and smart phone with data
- Proficient in current landscape design programs
- Experience with customer service/ staff management roles that require patience and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with administrative processes and clerical duties
- Knowledge of google docs for organizing contracts, hour/site tracking and cost analysis
- Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining organization in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact positively with staff, management, clients, colleagues, and visitors
- Photography and editing
- Social media and marketing experience
Assets:

Pay: $22.00-$26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
