We are seeking a highly motivated and versatile **Personal Assistant** to be the CEO's right hand, helping drive business growth and handle multiple responsibilities. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, startup culture and is ready to contribute to the growth of several businesses.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Support Business Growth**: Assist the CEO in strategizing and executing plans for company growth across all three businesses.
- **Key People Hiring**: Play a critical role in identifying and hiring key talent, both remotely and in-person, to ensure the right individuals are brought on board to support business objectives.
- **Event Planning & Marketing**: Travel to the USA as needed to assist the CEO with marketing efforts, including organizing and hosting events that promote business growth and brand awareness.
- **Right Hand to CEO**: Act as the CEO’s trusted assistant and advisor, helping with decision-making, scheduling, and ensuring that daily business operations run smoothly.
- **All-Rounder Role**: Be ready to assist with various tasks, from administrative duties to strategic planning, including managing communications, coordinating meetings, and handling travel logistics.
- **Remote Operations**: Manage remote hiring and operations, ensuring smooth collaboration with remote employees and outsourced teams.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role, ideally in a startup environment.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to travel to the USA for marketing events and other business activities.
- Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is a plus.
- Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Tech-savvy, with experience in using communication and project management tools.
