We are looking for Call Representatives to join the team

**Working Hours**:

- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
- No Holidays
- No early morning shifts
- Must be able to work evenings

**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- You will be conducting telephone surveys to our clients about customer satisfaction, home improvement issues, and more
- Work closely with our quality control team to ensure opinions and data are collected in a neutral and unbiased manner
- Adhere to the staffing schedule

**Qualifications**:

- A basic understanding of computers, would be an asset.
- Excellent English communication skills, able to articulate pronunciations of difficult words

**Job Types**: Full-time, Casual

**Salary**: $15.50 - $20.50 per hour plus full benefits and regular weekly bonuses

Schedule:

- 6 - 8 hour in office shift

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

Training: We will provide full training **NO EXPERIENCE IS NECESSARY.**
