**Overnight Call Centre Representative**

Directors' Choice is seeking dedicated and detail-oriented **Call Centre** Representatives** to join our rapidly growing team. In this vital role, you'll handle calls for a large number of Funeral Home accounts, with high levels of empathy and compassion.

**This is currently a Remote position; however, this may change to a Hybrid schedule in the future as we are looking to potentially update our hours of operation.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Professionally manage a high volume of **incoming calls**, greeting callers with a polite and pleasant demeanor.
- ** Accurately gather and relay essential information**, ensuring all message details are thorough and precise.
- ** Verify and meticulously enter information** into our system, providing clients with confidence that their issues will be effectively communicated.

**Qualifications**:

- A **welcoming voice** and an upbeat, professional tone.
- ** Strong command of the English language,** including excellent spelling and grammar.
- Proficiency in a **Windows-based computer environment.**:

- Ability to type **35 words per minute or more.**:

- ** Excellent attendance record.**:

- Availability to work **one weekend day**:

- Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED and be 18 years of age.

**No prior experience is required;** we provide comprehensive training in a positive, team-focused environment designed for your success.

**Compensation and Benefits**:

- ** Compensation**: $18.50/hr
- ** Full-time employees** are eligible for a robust benefits package including:

**Shifts**:

- Full-Time - 40 hours
- Current Shifts:

- Sunday-Thursday: 12:00am-9:00am (Friday/Saturday Off)
- Sunday-Thursday: 8:00pm-5:00am (Friday/Saturday Off)
- Monday-Thursday and Saturday: 2:30am-11:30am (Sunday/Friday Off)
- Tuesday-Saturday: 7:00pm-4:00am (Sunday/Monday Off)
- Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday: 2:30am-11:30am (Monday/Saturday Off)
- You must be available to work evenings, a weekend shift, and holidays

**Training Schedule**: First week, Monday 9am-5pm, Tuesday-Friday 10am-6pm. Second week, Monday-Friday, 10am-6pm
