**Job Summary**: The Marketing and Social Media Manager will play a crucial role in executing our strategic marketing and advertising plans. This individual will collaborate closely with the CEO to develop and implement initiatives that enhance brand visibility, increase follower engagement on popular apps, and keep pace with market trends and competition.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Strategic Marketing Development**:

- Create and execute comprehensive marketing and advertising plans that align with the CEO’s vision.
- Analyze competitor strategies and market trends to inform and adapt our approach.
- **Social Media Management**:

- Manage daily postings across various social media platforms, ensuring consistent brand messaging.
- Develop innovative strategies to increase follower presence and engagement.
- **Content Creation and Videography**:

- Produce high-quality video content and graphics to support marketing initiatives.
- Utilize photography skills to create visually appealing content for social media.
- **Collaboration and Communication**:

- Work closely with the CEO to ensure clear communication and alignment on marketing efforts across multiple locations in Vancouver.
- Regularly present new marketing strategies and performance reports.
- **Trend Monitoring**:

- Stay updated on the latest social media trends and tools to leverage opportunities for brand growth.
- Explore and engage with trending apps to enhance brand presence.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in marketing and social media management, preferably in a franchise or multi-location environment.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, content creation, and videography.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple locations.
- Proficient in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Ownership of a computer, smartphone, and photography equipment is preferred but not mandatory.

Pay: $50,146.00-$58,645.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
