Are you a creative and passionate social media marketer? Do you live and breathe social media, branding and content creation? We are looking for a part-time, temporary social media marketer who can come in and help reactivate our social media channels This is someone who can work independently with little to no oversight. Although this is a temporary short-term position, there is a possibility for extension. Routific is a smart logistics platform that optimizes routes for last-mile delivery fleets, saving businesses up to 40% on time and fuel. Today, the power and efficiency of our proprietary algorithm combined with a stellar user experience makes Routific the best routing solution on the market and the leading route optimization API. We want your help bringing our social media channels back to life. **What you would do in this role**: - distribute content produced by Routific team on Routific social media channels - find relevant content written by others to share - monitor the social media landscape to learn what works/what doesn't/get ideas - respond to questions/comments that come through social media - bonus: video creation/editing skills **What we are looking for in this role**: - You can monitor the performance of social media posts to develop a successful social media strategy moving forward - You have a strategic and results-driven mindset to achieve your KPIs - You have experience attracting qualified leads, driving traffic, and increasing trial sign-ups **What commitment we are looking for**: - We are super flexible We expect you to be available for calls on occasion between 9am to 5pm PT Monday to Friday but you will set your own hours - 15 hours a week (equivalent to two days a week) **Company Perks**: - Generous extended health benefits plan - Unlimited vacation policy - Competitive and transparent compensation - Education budget for conferences and workshops - Team lunches, social events and a focus on work life balance - Top-of-the-line Apple hardware - On top of all this, we give you a $400 budget for home office improvements while we're all working from home. **Our Culture & Values**: - Our diverse team works from our beautiful downtown Vancouver office with sweeping views of the North Shore mountains and Burrard Inlet.
