We are seeking a dynamic Sales Person to promote and sell our CarbinX units, driving adoption and growth.

**Job Overview**:
As a Sales Person for CarbinX units, you will be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and closing sales opportunities. You will work closely with prospective clients to understand their needs and demonstrate how CarbinX units can meet their sustainability goals. This role is ideal for a hit-the-ground-running, creative, strategic, self-driven, and motivated sales professional with a passion for advancing clean technology.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for generating and executing the CarbinX sales strategy.
- Identify, generate and close sales leads for potential CarbinX unit clients in commercial and industrial sectors.
- Conduct outreach and establish relationships with decision-makers, facility managers, and sustainability leaders.
- Present CleanO2’s products and services to prospective customers through in-person meetings, virtual presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Conduct site assessments to determine the viability of CarbinX unit installations for potential customers.
- Develop customized proposals and negotiate contracts to close sales.
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline development in CRM software.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, technical support, and operations, to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, competitor activities, and technological advancements.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Proven track record of success in a B2B sales role, preferably in clean technology, HVAC, energy solutions, and/or environmental services.
- Strong understanding of sustainability, carbon capture, and climate-related solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with C-suite executives and key decision-makers.
- Self-starter with a results-driven mindset and the ability to work independently and with the CleanO2 Team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel as needed, including travel to New Jersey, to meet with clients and attend industry events.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience working in a early stage company or high-growth environment.
- Familiarity with carbon capture technologies, technical sales and regulatory compliance.
- Knowledge of HVAC, natural gas appliances, plumbing, or energy efficiency technologies.
