Customer Service/inside Sales

This position is a mixture of customer service, inside sales, and administration. Daily tasks consist of answering calls from existing and new customers, entering orders, quoting products, working with other customer service representatives and outside sales people, and occasional administrative duties.
- Minimum education: college diploma
- Good with computers and software programs
- Quick learner
- Able to work independently and within a team
- Outgoing personality
- Ability to confidently interact with all kinds of customers

Experience with social media and any marketing experience would also be an asset.
