- Working knowledge of baking techniques and the pastry making process
- In-depth knowledge of sanitation principles, food preparation and nutrition
- Operating and managing the kitchen
- Responsible for organizing and making sure the workspace is kept clean and tidy
- Follow and ensure compliance with food safety handling policies, sanitation, and cleaning procedures

Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a pastry cook, baker or related field
- Excellent time management skills
- Creative and able to come up with new ideas for menus
- Must be flexible in scheduling to accommodate business demands
- Complete safety training and certification

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 15 per week

**Salary**: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
