We are looking for a friendly **Night Auditor** to undertake front office duties at Four Points By Sheraton London.

**Position Objective**
- Ensures all guests feel welcome and comfortable whenever they have contact with the Front Office department.
- Creates a professional impression, acting as an ambassador for the Property.
- Ensures all financial transactions are completed accurately and thoroughly.
- Is responsible for adhering to all company policies and procedures.

**Hours of Work**
- Part Time
- Primirily between the hours of 11:00pm - 7:00pm
- Friday and Saturday Nights and when business levels dictate

**Key Responsibilities**

Responsible for completing the night auditing procedures with a consistently high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Any additional tasks deemed reasonable by the Front Office Manager
- Responsible for security overnight in the hotel when on shift
- The preparation and distribution of daily reports.
- Checks guests in and out of the Property accurately and in a timely manner.
- Greets all guests that come into contact with Guest Relations ensuring that the guest name is used at all times.
- Handles guest enquiries and provides information on local attractions and gives directions as required.
- Takes reservations as required in the absence of the Reservations Supervisor.
- Answers all telephone calls in a professional friendly manner.
- Equips the front desk at the commencement of each shift with the adequate stationary and forms.
- Records guest comments for the information of the Front Office Manager.
- Sets up guest accounts accurately.
- Reconciles cashier floats at the completion of each shift maintaining an accurate float.
- Documents all transactions and alterations to accounts.
- Communicate with Team Members on the following shift in order to ensure continuity of service.
- Ensures special requests are actioned appropriately and timely.
- Maintains the cleanliness and the presentation of the front desk at all times.
- Communicate with Housekeeping to ensure relevant information is transferred.
- Carries out transactions foreign currency accurately.
- Reads all communication material at the commencement of each shift.
- Collects payment of accounts and issues receipts accordingly.
- Processes facsimiles as required.
- Maintains Team Member dress and grooming standards at all times.
- Ensure room audits are carried out accurately and on a daily basis.
- Complies with Property safety rules, reports all accidents and incidents and raises any safety issues or concerns Manager.
- Carries out any additional duties assigned by the Front Office Manager or management team.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 16 hours per week
- Proven experience as front desk representative, night auditor or relevant position is an asset
- Familiarity with office machines (e.g. fax, printer etc.)
- Proficient in English (oral and written)
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
- Strong communication and people skills
- Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
- Problem-solving skills
- Customer service orientation
- Reliable transportation
- Available 11pm-7am Friday & Saturday Nights
