**How You’ll Drive Success**:

- Deliver **world-class customer service**and inspire your team to do the same
- Take charge of the **sales department**—track performance, ensure top-notch execution, and hit every sales target
- **Own the CRM**—manage all sales leads and follow-ups (expect to spend 75% of your time pursuing cold leads)
- **Coach and train**your team on sales processes to overcome obstacles and close more deals
- Collaborate on **community events and marketing initiatives**
- Lead the **onboarding and training**process for new Sales Consultants
- Ensure all staff are trained on OEM platforms and follow safety protocols
- Drive **customer satisfaction (BRP CSI)**and capture online reviews (minimum 50% CSI capture rate, 75% for reviews)
- Set and track monthly targets and weekly performance check-ins
- Manage new and used unit margins (aiming for 20%+ on used units, 16% on new)
- Ensure all customer leads are responded to within **15 minutes or less**

**What You’ll Bring to the Team**:

- **5+ years**of experience leading a sales team in a competitive, fast-paced industry
- Proven ability to motivate, coach, and drive performance
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Background in **off-road, marine, or powersports**vehicles is a major asset
- Highly organized with excellent time management and attention to detail
- Valid driver’s license and a clean Driver’s Abstract
- Agile and adaptable—you thrive in change and rise to any challenge
