Bruce Nissan has an exciting opportunity available for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join the team The grand opening of our brand new state-of-the-art building is just around the corner, and we are seeking a motivated individual to lead our sales department to new heights.
As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the sales team's operations, driving revenue growth, and ensuring exceptional customer service. This is a high-impact role that requires a strong blend of leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on management skills.
**Responsibilities**:
- Lead and develop a team of salespeople, providing guidance, coaching, and feedback to drive individual and team performance
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and processes to drive revenue growth and increase customer satisfaction
- Build strong relationships with customers, identifying their needs and preferences and providing exceptional customer service
- Collaborate with other departments, including finance and service, to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Monitor sales metrics and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Ensure compliance with all dealership policies, procedures, and regulations
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year in-store dealership experience, with a proven track record of success
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and team members
- Proven ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies and processes
- Experience with CRM software and other sales-related tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Financial services background is considered an asset
