**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage the successful delivery of VMware-based projects and programs, ensuring they are completed within the agreed scope, time, and cost constraints.
- Assist with the resource program roadmap, developing detailed project plans, and coordinating cross-functional teams.
- Develop and maintain a detailed project schedule and communication plan to update stakeholders on the project's progress.
- Assess and manage risks and issues, ensuring they are identified early and solutions are actioned and communicated effectively.
- Develop comprehensive project plans to track progress and measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.
- Understand clients' unique IT staffing needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Project staffing requirements, this includes project engineers, vendors, partners, and subcontractors.
- Provide leadership for project teams by building and motivating team members to meet project goals, adhering to their responsibilities and project milestones.
- Monitor and report on project progress, problems and solutions to stakeholders regularly.
- Implement best practices and project management standards within the organization.
- Assist with the development and management of the departmental budget.
- Establish and foster effective relationships with clients, vendors, partners and sub-contractors.
- Provide insights into market trends and client demands to guide recruitment strategies.
- Address any client concerns promptly and work to resolve issues as they arise.

**Qualifications**:

- 5+ years of experience working with a professional services organization and associated deployment methodologies.
- Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends
- 3+ years of experience in a Program / Project Management capacity within a fast-paced, project delivery oriented high-tech services environment
- The ability to work with Sr. Leadership to define and execute against a high-level strategy that aligns with corporate objectives while delivering on organizational goals
- Strong proficiency in MS tools, especially MS Excel
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
- Excellent problem solving and influencing skills
- Highly tuned emotional intelligence, good listener, and deep-seated empathy for teams and partners
- Canadian Federal Government Security Clearance (Secret)
