**Who You Are**
You’re a client-focused, problem-solving expert who takes pride in delivering proactive and exceptional service. As a Client Services Representative at Rival Insurance Technology, you’ll be the trusted guide for our clients, offering support and resolving issues with our software, specifically in accounting functionalities. You have the ability to simplify complex concepts, ensuring our clients receive top-tier assistance in every interaction, fostering lasting relationships.
**Responsibilities**
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries related to software, specializing in accounting functionalities.
- Take full ownership of accounting-related tickets, ensuring that clients’ needs are met promptly and professionally.
- Proactively identify client concerns and address them before they escalate, fostering client loyalty through personalized service and regular follow-ups.
- Collaborate with development teams to test and improve software usability, contributing valuable insights and feedback.
- Ensure timely responses and resolution, balancing multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of service quality.
- Document client interactions, issues, and resolutions thoroughly in internal systems for transparency and tracking.
- Share client feedback with internal teams to help drive continuous improvement in our products and services.
**Qualifications**
- 5+ years of experience in a client service role, ideally within a technology company (insurance technology experience is a strong asset).
- Technical proficiency, including experience with Microsoft Office and the ability to adapt quickly to new software systems.
- Familiarity with support systems like Zendesk, DevOps, JIRA, or similar platforms.
**Nice-to-have**:
- Degree or diploma in accounting or equivalent accounting experience.
- Experience working within a brokerage or knowledge of the insurance industry.
