The NetSuite Administrator is a ‘builder of F12’. In this role your outcome will be to enhance and grow adoption and functionality of our NetSuite system and provide elegant and scalable solutions to the business. This role is perfect for someone who is a self-starter and is looking to build their career, while assisting F12 in scaling the business. You will work with our Finance team and other business stakeholders to provide technically sound solutions that will simplify operations. Your focus is on achieving new efficiencies in business workflows and serving the broader team as an expert in business productivity.

**What You Will Be Doing**
- Manage day to day functional operations, supporting finance and accounting users, within the NetSuite environment
- Manage employee access to NetSuite and supporting systems
- Manage regression testing of updates to NetSuite code and third-party bundles
- Maintain integrations between NetSuite and adjacent business systems
- Design, build, and deploy customizations in NetSuite, leveraging SuiteFlow & SuiteScript
- Build and maintain Workflows
- Managing multiple priorities and the requirements of competing projects
- Gathering requirements, building and managing NetSuite Reporting and Saved Searches
- Work along side our Information Systems team to warehouse critical date
- Create and maintain workflow processes based on business needs
- Liaise with business stakeholders to interpret and capture reporting requirements, develop use cases, establish acceptance testing
- Complete regular internal system audits and prepare for platform releases
- Work with our functional business leads to define suitable processes to support operational, administrative, and change management activities
- Participate in new software evaluation and play a lead role in implementation and integration, testing and quality of new solutions.
- You will be responsible for building and maintaining future integrations with NetSuite and other systems.
- Continuous improvement efforts to increase the integrity and cleanliness of the data in NetSuite
- Make system enhancements and modifications based on evolving business requirements and best practices of processes
- Manage multiple streams of work, actively communicating progress, roadblocks, and next steps, as well as follows best practices for development, testing, deployment, and implementation

**Who You Are**
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience working with NetSuite, implementing custom code as well as integrating with third-party providers; experience with NetSuite billing, payments, A/R, general ledger, revenue recognition, planning, auditing and reporting
- Certified NetSuite Administrator
- Understanding of financial modules - Procure to pay, book to bill, etc
- Fully efficient in custom record types, fields, forms, roles and permissions, page layouts, searches and reports, and NetSuite data model
- Experience with SuiteScript, preferably SuiteScript 2.0
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills - a person passionate about clean data and accurate reporting will fit right in
- Ability to liaise with different departments and multiple business disciplines
- Strong understanding of NetSuite Reporting and Saved Searches
- Adaptable and thrives in a constantly changing and time sensitive environment
- Experience with Finance and accounting principles, including GL and financial accounting is a strong asset
- NetSuite development (SuiteScript, SOAP/REST integrations, and bundle installation) is an asset
- Experience designing and implementing custom solutions in NetSuite
- Ability to understand and modify old scripts and workflows, as well as develop new customizations and workflows
- Ability to work at both the abstract solution design level and the detailed implementation level.
- 3rd party integration experience is a strong asset
- Experience with API integrations across SaaS and on-premise systems.

**Great Things to Have**
- Knowledge and experience in a recurring revenue business model
- Experience with BI tools including PowerBI preferred but not required
